Commercial Assistant
About the role & responsibilities:
- Travel and accommodation booking 
- Meeting scheduling and organisation 
- Managing expenses and reimbursements 
- Purchase and Order Management 
- “First responder” for all Theramex phone call inquiries 
- Assisting HR Business Partner / HR Consultant 
- Assisting marketing activities 
- Maintaining records and lists 
- Office Management incl. incoming and outgoing post 
- Managing supplies such as rental cars, business cards etc. 
- Independent takeover of smaller project tasks 
About your professional experience & education
- Very good English and German skills; written and oral 
- Minimum of 3-5 years work experience as a Team Assistant/ Personal Assistant, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical company 
- 'Fachabitur with training' or Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification 
- Professional handling of common IT systems and Office 365 
- Team player with a positive attitude 
- Structured, committed, reliable and trustworthy way of working
